Connect Australia Pty Ltd
Let’s Talk
Hello. Welcome to our contact page. You will reach Jessie and me directly. We are a husband-and-wife team based in St Leonards, Sydney. We help company directors, licensed professionals, regulated professionals, charities and small organisations when a matter has become difficult, urgent or hard to carry alone.
Our scope is broad. The common thread is usually a matter that keeps you awake at night.
Some matters fit neatly within one profession. Those matters may be better handled directly by the relevant lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, financial adviser, engineer or other qualified professional. Our work is different. We assist when the facts cross several areas, the history is long, the records are scattered, the process feels overwhelming, or the human impact has not been properly understood.
A file may involve finance, people, work, staff, family, health, the environment, correspondence, deadlines, regulators, suppliers or other practical realities. Each part can affect the full picture. We help organise the material, preserve the evidence, build the chronology, prepare clear factual content and coordinate with the professionals you choose.

Jessie Emily Zhouand
Consultant, Connect Australia Pty Ltd. Jessie works on chronologies, evidence control, structured submissions, charity administration and community matters.
Massud Zhouand
Managing Director, Connect Australia Pty Ltd. Massud works through financial, operational, technical and people-related parts of complex matters.
What kinds of matters do we work on?
A licence application delayed for years because the forms feel too heavy. A notice that interrupts more important work. A refusal that does not appear to reflect the evidence. A director crisis, regulatory inquiry, charity application, DGR endorsement, grant submission, records project or complex professional matter. The subject changes. The starting point remains the same: work out what happened, what is required, what can be proved and what needs attention first. You can also review our current services before contacting us.
How is our work different?
Connect Australia provides strategic advisory, administrative support, matter structuring, stakeholder communication and professional coordination. We do not pretend to be lawyers, accountants, tax agents, financial advisers or registered liquidators. Our education and practical experience help us understand complex records, identify the right questions, communicate with professionals and prepare material they can use.
What happens when you feel unheard?
Massud Zhouand works through the financial, engineering, operational, staff and people aspects of the matter. He is comfortable speaking with people you may prefer to avoid, where authorised, to clarify the position and fill gaps. Jessie Emily Zhouand turns the findings into structured, precise and readable material. She pays close attention to policy, codes, process, language, sequence and presentation. The aim is not to make the story bigger. The aim is to make the real story clear.
What values guide our work?
We have helped clients throughout our working lives. We believe good work should produce a practical benefit, protect welfare and reduce unnecessary harm to clients and their families. We do not work for government departments, councils or large institutions. We work for the person or organisation that engages us, within our agreed scope.
What are our professional boundaries?
Connect Australia Pty Ltd is not a law practice, tax agent, financial adviser, registered liquidator or restructuring practitioner. We do not provide legal, tax, financial or insolvency advice. We can work alongside your chosen qualified professionals. With prior disclosure, we may introduce an independent provider for you to assess and choose. No outcome is guaranteed. Decisions remain with the relevant authority, regulator, creditor or other decision-maker. Our work is governed by our Terms of Engagement.
