Connect Australia is led by Massud Zhouand and Jessie Zhouand. Together we combine strategic engagement, structured writing and disciplined delivery for organisations facing complex applications, government processes and regulatory pressure.
We bring the facts, evidence, contributors and next actions into one controlled process. When specialist advice is required, we coordinate with the client’s appointed professionals while keeping the practical work moving.
Massud Zhouand
Patient and composed under pressure, Massud works through complex systems, competing narratives and bureaucratic obstacles until the issue can be framed, engaged and advanced. Complexity becomes strategy, chaos becomes engagement, and bureaucracy becomes advocacy.
Massud holds an MBA in Applied Finance and an Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, and is an Associate Member of Engineers Australia (AMIEA). His work also draws on social ecology, complexity theory and narratology. He leads the director support, pre-insolvency coordination and forensic engineering work.
Jessie Zhouand
Jessie’s core strengths are writing, attention to detail and accuracy. She structures complex material carefully, checks facts and evidence, and keeps applications, submissions and supporting documents clear and consistent.
Jessie is a current law student and holds a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law. These qualifications do not change the service boundary set out below: Connect Australia does not provide legal advice.
How we work
Whole-of-matter view
One coordinated picture across the application, the regulator, the business operations, the evidence and the external advisers. Problems are rarely contained to the department that noticed them first.
Decision-ready writing
Complex facts translated into a clear narrative, supported by organised material and a precise request. The reader is usually busy, unfamiliar with your organisation and reading at speed.
Practical follow-through
We stay focused on actions, owners, deadlines and implementation, not simply the production of a report.
One coordinated team
Benefit from our extensive network, or use your own preferred professionals. Massud and Jessie remain your central coordination team. Where a matter requires additional expertise we can coordinate independent Chartered Accountants, legal representatives, business and funding experts and technical specialists, or work with the professionals you already trust.
Every external professional is independent and remains responsible for their own advice and services. Any proposed introduction, relationship and scope is disclosed before appointment. You remain free to assess the provider independently and choose whom you engage.
Where our work stops
Connect Australia does not provide legal, tax or financial advice and is not a law practice, tax agent or financial adviser. We work with your preferred provider or, with prior disclosure, can introduce an independent partner for you to assess and choose.
Start with a confidential fit check
The first conversation is short and costs nothing. We want to understand the decision you are facing, the deadline attached to it and whether this is work we should be doing at all. You do not need to send documents at that stage.
If the matter is a fit, the next step is usually the $850 initial strategic consultation, which includes up to one hour of pre-reading and a one-hour meeting.
