Massud Zhouand brings decades of corporate leadership and complex project management to the team. He provides high-level advocacy at our strategic advisory consultancy.
A Foundation in Reality Massud’s approach is heavily shaped by hands-on work experience. He built his career from the ground up. He started with an apprenticeship in the electrical trade. Later, he completed an Advanced Diploma of Mechanical Engineering. Furthermore, he earned a Master of Business Administration (Applied Finance). He also holds a Master of Arts in Social Ecology. He completed these degrees while actively employed in executive roles.
Operational Expertise Because of this unique trajectory, he understands business operations at every level. Crucially, Massud combines this grounded perspective with his intense lived experience. He is uniquely equipped to help directors protect their welfare. He helps clients organize facts and safely separate personal lives from corporate matters.
Corporate Leadership Massud brings a highly structured, project-based mindset to his advisory work. Since 2007, he has served as the Managing Director of Lager Australia. In this role, he manages critical safety, quality, and negotiations for industrial clients. Additionally, his corporate background includes serving as the Export Manager for Asia Pacific at DuPont De Nemours Inc. This extensive experience means Massud is deeply committed to long-term goals. He partners with clients for the duration of complex projects.
Advocacy and Not-for-Profit Success Massud is deeply familiar with rigorous regulatory compliance frameworks. He works heavily with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). For example, he is the Founder and CEO of the Hope and Wish Foundation. Under his leadership, the organization successfully secured ACNC registration. It also gained ATO Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) endorsement within its first year.
Jessie Emily Zhouand | Regulatory Coordination Support
Jessie brings a profound passion for justice to the team. She provides a sharp, dedicated perspective. Moreover, Jessie is highly qualified to help you navigate the complex regulatory landscape. She is the founder of an ACNC-registered charity. Additionally, she is a current law student and holds a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law from ACU.
A Passion for Justice Through Lived Experience Jessie possesses a deeply personal understanding of the burdens individuals face under scrutiny. Through her own ongoing lived experience, Jessie knows exactly how authorities operate. She knows how easily administrative errors can be used against you. Incomplete records or misrepresentations can quickly escalate into incredibly serious regulatory allegations. Therefore, she understands how isolating and unjust the system can feel. She knows the burden of defending yourself against incorrect assertions.
